Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available for each concert individually.

Is the outdoor festival portion free?

The outdoor festival will take place in the park directly across Autumn Street from SAP Center from 2- 7 p.m. each day and is FREE to all attendees. The festival will include sponsor booths, craft booths by local artisans, and interactive games and rides, and a variety of food and beverage options available for purchase.

Where can I park for both the Festival and Concerts?

While we encourage you to walk, bike, or utilize public transportation, vehicle parking is available at various rates. Recommened parking lots are indicated on the map if you're ONLY attending the outdoor festival at Arena Green.  If you’re attending the concerts inside SAP Center, you will be able to purchase prepaid parking.

  • Bicycle Parking: We provide a secure location to park your bicycle which is located on Santa Clara street near the Alaska Airlines Club Entrance. Please provide your own locking mechanism.
  • Public Transportation: The VTA (Valley Transit Authority) buses services Diridon Station. The VTA Vasona Light Rail also serves  SAP Center at San Jose area with a light rail station near Diridon Station and on San Fernando Street at Delmas Avenue. The Vasona Light Rail service connects Campbell to SAP Center at San Jose and beyond to downtown, north to Mountain View and south to Santa Teresa. Click here to plan your trip via Caltrain and VTA.
  • Festival Disabled Parking: There are designated accessible parking spaces for disabled guests in lots on Delmas street. Standard parking rates apply for parking in the disabled parking spaces. ADA drop off and pick up is accessible via Julian to North Autumn/ St. John.

When does the festival begin and end each day?

The free outdoor festival is 2-7 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Concert times at SAP Center are listed below: 

What items/actions are prohibited?

Prohibited items and actions include but are not limited to:

  • Outside alcohol may not be brought into the park
  • Smoking (including cannabis/marijuana) inside of the festival grounds is not permitted
  • Illegal drugs 
  • Vandalism such as graffiti, ragging, burning and carving
  • Application devices which disrupt event production including handheld megaphones, professional grade radios and walkie talkies
  • All drones are prohibited.  Any unauthorized drove observed will be reported to law enforcement regardless of its point of origin
  • No style of tent (including pop-up tents), beach or pole-style umbrellas are permitted
  • Oversized bags and luggage
  • Wagons and pull carts
  • Littering or unauthorized dumping
  • Pets that are not active service animals and leashed 
  • Powered model airplanes, boats, cars, rockets, or motorized scooters skateboarding, roller-skating, and in-line skating 
  • Weapons to include firearms, knives, tear gas, pepper spray, fireworks, or dangerous projectiles
  • The attachment of a hammock or anything else to any park structure or tree is not permitted.
  • The inserting of stakes in any fashion on park grounds
  • The use of rope, cords, tape or poles to reserve space 
  • Entering the park after closing is prohibited.

What is the outdoor festival smoking policy?

It is illegal to smoke in the festival outside of designated smoking zones.  A designated smoking zone will be set-up near the palm trees off of Santa Clara Street.

 

Similarly, smoking will be allowed only at designated outdoor corrals during the evening concerts inside SAP Center.

Can I bring my pet to the outdoor festival?

Service animals are the only animals allowed in the festival. They must be leashed at all times.

What kind of alcohol will be available?

Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the park festival.  Hard alcohol/liquor is not permitted at the outdoor park. Check out our food and beverage page for more information!

What are the transit options for getting to the festival? Where can I park?

There are plenty of transit options for getting to SAP Center and the festival. Check the SAP Center parking page for parking options, bicycle routes, accessible drop-off areas for ride-shares, and more.

Will there be bathrooms? What about drinking fountains/water?

Lost and found?

Items will be turned in and held for 24-hours at the SAP Center Event Office which can be reached at 408-999-5755.

Where can I get information once I’m at the festival?

Those seeking information can consult signage around the festival or speak to an usher located at the two entry tents off near the Santa Clara St. end of the park.

Is there seating? Can I bring a chair or blanket?

Guests may use existing park tables and benches. Collapsible chairs (maximum seat heights of 3 ft.), blankets and group tarps (maximum measurements 16”x10”x4”), personal cameras, and signs considered to be in good taste without poles or sticks are permitted.

Will re-entry be allowed at the outdoor festival?

Re-entry is allowed at the festival.  If you exit the security perimeter you must go through security screening each time you wish to re-enter.

Will there be ATMS at the festival?

An ATM will be located at the SAP Center next to the Ticket Office which is inside of the Festival perimeter.

Are bicycles allowed?

Bicycles are not allowed inside of the festival. Bike parking is available underneath the SAP Center exit landing adjacent to Santa Clara St.

Are strollers allowed?

Strollers are allowed into the festival but are subject to search/screening prior to each entry.

What happens if it rains?

If possible, the festival will continue as planned.  However, if the rain is severe enough announcements will be made for guests to clear the park and return to their vehicles or seek shelter.  Please follow these directions and check the SAP Center Facebook and Twitter for weather updates.

What are you doing to ensure my safety at the festival?

All guests are subject to search prior to entering the festival – to include walkthrough metal detectors and bag inspections.  If a guest does not wish to be screened, they will be denied entry into the festival.  Additionally, we are working closely with our city partners in SJFD and SJPD to assist with keeping our guests safe.

Will Medical/First Aid be available?

Medical/First Aid will be available at three designated locations in the Festival: on Autumn St, near the stage, and near the Food Trucks.

Is the outdoor festival accessible for patrons with disabilities?

The outdoor festival is ADA accessible.

Is the festival all ages?

We encourage all ages to join us in celebrating 25 Years of the SAP Center at San Jose.
