For fans holding onto San Jose Sharks tickets, the NHL has announced its Return to Play Plan that includes a 24-team Stanley Cup Playoff format. Seven teams did not qualify, including the San Jose Sharks, ending their 2019-20 season. Sharks Sports and Entertainment is working with ticket holders to provide credits or refunds for games that have not yet been played now that these games have officially been cancelled. There are still many open questions regarding the start of the 2020-21 season. The safety of our fans, partners, and players who enter SAP Center remains our top priority. For fans holding onto San Jose Barracuda tickets, the AHL has voted to cancel the remainder of the 2019-20 AHL regular season and the 2020 Calder Cup Playoffs due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis. Barracuda season ticket holders can apply funds from the final four canceled home games towards their 2020-21 season ticket payments or receive refunds to their original form of payment. For more information, season ticket holders are encouraged to contact their Client Development Account Executive for full details and assistance.
