How do I purchase tickets for Brian Boitano's Lounge?
-
This experience will be hosted by Brian Boitano Friday, Jan. 27 through Sunday, Jan. 29 each afternoon and will include Brian's signature cocktails, a full bar, a selection of appetizers and special guests, including Ashley Wagner, Kristi Yamaguchi, Mariah Bell and more! Tickets for all three (3) nights are $650 per person, and individual night tickets may be purchased for $250 per person. Special guests subject to change. Must be 21+ to drink.

Are there any items that are prohibited at SAP Center?

The following items are not allowed in SAP Center: cans, glass bottles, thermos-type containers, hard-sided coolers, balloons, laser pens, selfie-sticks, Go-Pros, masks, sealed or wrapped packages, noisemakers such as but not limited to air horns, flowers and gifts for a performing artist(s). If the guest cannot dispose of prohibited items or return them to his/her vehicle, the guest can check in their items and pick them up when leaving. Guests, including law enforcement personnel not working in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into SAP Center at San Jose. Weapons may not be checked in and include, but are not limited to, firearms, explosives, handcuffs, batons, stun guns, knives, tear gas and pepper spray. Guests with these items will not be allowed in the building and, if already in the building, will be required to take the item from the building or be evicted. Posters and Banners are allowed, but we reserve the right to restrict them based on content or size and they cannot have any poles or sticks connected to them.

What is an All-Session Ticket Package?

An All-Session Ticket Package provides you an assigned seat to all junior and senior (Championship) level competitions and practice sessions at SAP Center at San Jose.

What is the Prevagen Skating Spectacular?
-
The Prevagen Skating Spectacular offers fans the opportunity to see the Senior level champions and invited special guests in a fun, theatrical ice show that’s free of scrutiny of the judges and competition rules. Skaters from the junor and championship level will perform for the audience for the audience for the sheer love of skating. The Smucker’s Skating Spectacular is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 29 (Time TBD).

I’m trying to purchase two tickets from a block of three seats, but unable to. Why?

It is event policy to not leave a single seat unoccupied for any ticketing transaction. Please select available seats that will leave more than one contiguous seat available for purchase in a row.

Does my child need a ticket?

24 months and older require a ticket.

I am unable to attend the events after purchasing tickets. Can I request a refund?

All sales are final after purchase. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. You may give away, resale or donate your tickets if you are unable to attend events.

SAP Center Bag Policy. Please be informed!

We are pleased to share that during the United States Figure Skating Championships hosted at SAP Center single compartment bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" will be permitted, however these bags are subject to X-Ray screening prior to entry. Backpacks and multi-compartment bags of any size are not permitted with the exception of bags required for parenting and medical necessities.

How does BinBox work?

Is there a weekly rate for Bin Box? No, only daily.
Will Bin Box be accessible through out the day to take things out and put things back in? There are no ins and out pass outs for the event, they can exit at any time, but can only return for the next session.
What are the Bin Box hours? 90 minutes prior to competition time until 30 minutes after the competition time.

Can outside snacks be brought in?

Small personal snacks can be brought in.

Some guest will be coming straight from the airport prior to check in time for their hotel, will they be able to store their suitcases?

We have had luggage check in the past. We will only allow luggage check on Sunday. Please note if they check luggage with us, the luggage will be screened.
